What’s Included
Fertilization (6 applications per year)
This program provides six balanced, slow-release fertilizer applications annually. Each application is timed to support healthy color, root development, and overall turf vigor.
Lawn Guard Insect Control (6 applications per year)
Every other month, your lawn receives a granular insect treatment targeting grubs, chinch bugs, armyworms, and fire ants. These treatments help prevent turf damage before it begins and suppress other nuisance lawn insects.
Alternating Visit Schedule
You will receive fertilizer on one visit, and Lawn Guard insect control on the next. This allows each treatment to be applied at the correct time without combining services or overloading the lawn.
Predictable Monthly Billing
Although services occur throughout the year, billing is divided into equal monthly payments to keep your cost consistent and easy to manage.

No. This program includes fertilization and insect control only. Weed control is available in the Lawn Essentials + Weed Control Program.
Are the services done on the same day?
No. Fertilizer and Lawn Guard visits alternate throughout the year and are never combined into a single appointment.
What insects are covered?
Grubs, chinch bugs, armyworms, and fire ants are included. Other insect concerns can be addressed as additional services if needed.
How does billing work?
The program is billed monthly, which distributes the cost evenly across the year for simpler budgeting.
