As a growing family-run business, we are expanding our customer base and creating new employment opportunities in landscaping careers and lawn care jobs. BDH Lawn Care Services is developing multiple crew services for our customers and we need your help to grow with us.

Job Description and Requirements

Lawn Care/Landscape Technicians play a crucial role in lawn maintenance, performing a variety of tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, pruning, cleaning up beds, pulling weeds, and planting trees, shrubs, and flowers. Additionally, they are involved in tear outs, raking leaves, and ensuring that the job site remains tidy and safe. Other responsibilities include flowerbed construction, fence building, and applying lawn pesticides, as well as engaging in general landscaping activities. These roles represent solid employment opportunities in the landscaping field, making it an attractive option for those interested in landscaping careers.

To excel in lawn care jobs, candidates will need to follow verbal and written directions, demonstrate attention to detail, be punctual, dependable, and work effectively in a team environment. Proper use of tools and compliance with safety policies are essential, as this position demands physical stamina to thrive in various weather conditions.

Job Requirements:

- Regularly lift up to 50lbs.

- Occasionally lift up to 100lbs.

- Ability to work in all weather conditions.

- Stand for 8 hours+ per day.

- Valid Driver's License

- High School Diploma or GED

This work is seasonal, with peak demand during Spring, Summer, and Fall, and quieter periods in Winter. Currently, our business consists of 80% mowing and 20% landscaping and other services, although employment may balance between these lines based on demand.

Job Type: Full-time
