The Lawn Management Program is our most comprehensive lawn care offering. It is designed for homeowners who want a consistently healthy, attractive lawn without having to manage schedules, treatments, or seasonal decisions themselves.
This program combines regular weed control, fertilization, soil support, and preventative treatments into one fully managed plan. Your lawn is serviced on a consistent monthly cycle throughout the year, with treatments adjusted seasonally to match turf growth, weather patterns, and environmental conditions.
Everything is planned and scheduled by us. There are no separate appointments to coordinate and no surprise add-ons for routine lawn needs.
What’s Included
We provide weed control applications every six weeks, with treatments applied as full-yard or targeted spot applications depending on conditions.
Fertilizer is applied six times per year and alternates with insect control applications. These treatments are aligned with your regular service schedule so no extra visits are required. Fertilization is timed to support healthy growth, color, and root development throughout the year.
Granular insect control is applied during alternating months to protect against turf-damaging insects. These treatments are preventative in nature and are scheduled seasonally as part of the program.
Seasonal soil enrichment is included to improve nutrient availability, soil performance, and overall turf health.
The program also includes preventative fungicide applications in the spring and fall. These preventative treatments address the needs of the vast majority of lawns. Additional curative treatments are only recommended if conditions require extra care and for an additional fee.
Pre-emergent and post-emergent weed control are applied at the appropriate times of year to both prevent new weeds and control existing ones. All applications are scheduled based on effectiveness, not on fixed calendar dates.
Not every visit includes every treatment. Applications are rotated and timed seasonally to give your lawn exactly what it needs without unnecessary visits or overlap.
How Scheduling and Billing Works
Service visits occur every month, year-round. Weed control follows a six-week cycle, while fertilizer and insect control alternate throughout the year and are aligned with the regular service schedule.
Pricing is structured as a flat rate per scheduled visit. Programs are based on your start date, allowing you to begin service at any point in the year without disruption.
Optional and Additional Services
Preventative fungicide and insecticide treatments included in the program meet the needs of most lawns. In rare cases where additional care is required, specialty or curative treatments may be recommended and quoted separately.

Do you treat weeds at every visit?
We evaluate weeds at every visit. Weed treatments are applied on an approximately six-week cycle, with full-yard or spot applications based on current conditions.
Do you fertilize at every visit?
No. Fertilizer is applied seasonally and alternates with insect control applications. Not every visit includes fertilizer.
Are fertilizer and insect treatments extra?
No. Fertilizer, insect control, soil enrichment, and preventative fungicide applications are included as part of the Lawn Management Program.
