Mowing Services

All of our mowing services begin with a general clean up of the property for trash, debris, or small limbs that may interfere with servicing of the property.  

Mowing consists of cutting grass to the appropriate height based on customer's grass type, watering frequency, and for general appearance.  Lawn clippings are mulched and returned to the yard to disintegrate to allow for nutrients to remain in the lawn.  We regularly clean mower decks, maintain equipment, and sharpen mower blades to limit damaging turf grasses with our equipment.   

We edge along paved areas and trim around fences, buildings, walls, trees, and landscape to give your yard a sharp professional looking cut.  

All paved areas and up to six (6) feet of adjacent streets are blown clear of clipping debris. 

Mowing services are performed weekly or biweekly during growing season. 

Our current in-season mowing schedule is as follows:

Monday - Commercial Landscape Property Maintenance

Tuesday - North Fort Worth, North Richland Hills, Richland Hills, Haltom City, Meadowbrook, and Watauga. 

Wednesday - HEB, South Colleyville, Hometown Neighborhood, and Viridian. 

Thursday - Lakes of River Trails North, East and West, Properties South of River Trails, and North Arlington. 

Friday - River Trails and Lakes of River Trails South. 

Auto Pilot Mowing Service is a program that allows our customers to leave the mowing up to us.  With Auto Pilot Mowing our customers don't have to worry about when it's time to mow their lawn.  It takes the guess work out mowing and leaves it up to us to make your yard look great!  We have a set mowing schedule based on the schedule below.  However, it will be tailored to your yard and will consider seasonal change, grass type, and basic needs for your lawn.  

Auto Pilot Mowing Schedule:

Monthly Mowing to as needed during December, January, and February.  Biweekly mowing during March, April, October, and November.  Weekly mowing May through September.  Mowing frequency may change to be specific to your yard's need.  Generally, you should expect about 35 mows per year.
